ABConsultancy Education Training Coaching (ABCETC) provides accessible, practical and supportive education, training and coaching designed to help people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need for everyday life, employment, further learning and personal development.
We recognise that every learner brings different experiences, strengths, goals and support needs. Our approach therefore places the learner at the centre of the learning journey.
Whether someone is returning to education after many years, improving their English or maths, developing workplace skills, preparing for further study or simply building confidence, ABCETC provides a supportive environment in which to learn and progress.

Our Story
ABCETC was established from a commitment to making education clearer, more accessible and relevant to real life.
For many adults, returning to learning can be a significant decision.
Previous experiences of education, work and family responsibilities, language barriers or additional learning needs can all influence how someone approaches learning.
We believe these circumstances should not prevent people from developing their potential.
That belief is at the heart of our name and our promise: ABCETC – Learning Made Easy
For us, “Learning Made Easy” does not mean removing challenge. It means making learning understandable, structured, purposeful and achievable through appropriate teaching and support.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to help learners develop practical skills and greater confidence so that they can participate more fully in everyday life, education, employment and their communities.
We aim to create learning experiences where learners can: Understand → Practise → Apply → Progress
Learning should extend beyond completing a worksheet or passing an assessment. Learners should be able to take what they have learned and use it confidently in real situations.
Who We Work With
ABCETC’s services are designed to support individual adult learners, employers, community organisations and training providers.
For learners, this means accessible opportunities to develop essential skills and confidence.For employers and organisations, it means opportunities to work with ABCETC to support workforce development, learner progression and community education.

Our Commitment to inclusive Learning
Education should provide opportunity rather than create unnecessary barriers.ABCETC is committed to promoting an inclusive learning environment in which learners are treated with dignity and respect.We recognise that some learners may require additional support or alternative approaches to access learning effectively. Teaching strategies can therefore incorporate clear visual presentation, structured instructions, repetition, practical examples and appropriately paced learning.Our aim is not simply to help people participate in learning, but to help them develop greater confidence and independence as learners.
